I have always enjoyed making blind drawings. I would secretly draw people on the train or in a café. In 2021 I experimented with teabags, making collages and drawing on them with different materials. Working intuitively, I was trying to find new ways of expressing myself, often resulting in abstract images. One morning I decided to do a blind self-portrait drawing on one of the teabags I had prepared and it’s hilarious! It was so much fun, I decided to make more.
